Online storeRecently received brilliant customer service from the Shaver Shop. I ordered a product online, which was sadly faulty upon arrival. This was not Shaver Shop’s fault as the product was sealed in its box. However, the service I received afterward was superb! The call centre was easy to connect to, and within 5 minutes Shaver Shop had located a store close to me that had stock and had the new item shipped, with a return postage satchel and label included for the faulty unit. I received the replacement product 90 minutes later! Such a breeze dealing with Shaver Shop!

Outstanding service!
Yet again, I have had fantastic service from Shania and the team at The Shaver Shop in Rockhampton Shopping Fair. I had an issue ( completely my own fault) with a product I had bought there and they solved the problem, on the spot, at no cost to me ( I would have been happy to pay!). This is my second time in the shop and my second outstanding example of service.
